Bookkeeping For Businesses & Organizations

Work includes monthly bookkeeping/accounting (see below for services in addition to regular bookkeeping/accounting). You may choose to add on payroll or tax returns (1120-s, 1065, or schedule c) for an additional charge. Minimum monthly price for bookkeeping is between $150 - $300/month (payroll and tax returns are extra) depending on the size of your business. You will work directly with a CPA for all your bookkeeping, accounting, and tax needs.

Sometimes business owners, investors, or banks would like something a little more formal. We can help! We provide professionally prepared compiled financial statements for those occasions when your financials are needed for external use.

Tired of using Excel to bill your customers? Perhaps you forget (or want to forget) to pay those pesky business bills? Worry no more! We have you covered. We can send out customized invoices and pay bills for you so you can spend your time managing your business.

You can always find an online solution to do it cheaper if you want to do it yourself. But we can do it for you while you watch the snow fall and drink hot cocoa in January! (We can mail straight to contractors/recipients if requested, for an additional fee.)
